摘要
目的比较千金藤素片和千金藤素滴丸在溶出方面的表现。方法采用桨法进行试验,以人工胃液为溶出介质,测量温度(37±0.5)℃,转速100 r/min,于不同时间点取样,测定千金藤素含量,计算溶出参数m、T50、Td。结果千金藤素滴丸的溶出参数m、T50、Td均明显小于千金藤素片。结论千金藤素滴丸的溶出度快于千金藤素片。
Objective:To compare the dissolution rate in vito of Cepharanthine dropping pill and tablet.Methods: The dissolution rate in vitro was determined by the rotary-basket method,the dissolution mediator was artificial gastric juice,the temperature was(37±0.5)℃,the rotation speed was 100 r / min.Take sample at different times,determine the content of cepharanthine,and calculate the dissolution parameter including the values of m,T50 and Td.Results: The dissolution parameter(m,T50,Td) of Cepharanthine dropping pill were obviously smaller than that of Cepharanthine tablet.Conclusion: The dissolution rate of Cepharanthine dropping pill are faster than that of Cepharanthine tablet.
