锁定钢板治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床分析

The clinical analysis of locking plate in the treatment of distal femur comminuted fracture

目的评价锁定钢板治疗复杂股骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法对2004年2月～2007年2月应用切开复位锁定钢板治疗股骨远端复杂粉碎性骨折29例资料进行分析。结果29例随访10～48个月,平均16个月,骨折愈合28例,不愈合1例。膝关节功能按Karlstrom标准评价:优良率89.6%。结论锁定钢板治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折固定可靠,能早期锻炼,效果显著。

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of locking plate on the treatment of comminuted fracture of distal femur comminuted fracture.Methods: 29 cases with distal femur comminuted fracture were treated with the open reduction and locking nickelcald from February 2004 to February 2007.Results: The patients were followed up from 10 months to 48 months,mean follow up time was 16 months.28 cases were healing,and 1 case was disunion.The evaluation of knee joint function recovery was based on Karlstrom standard,the excellent rate of knee joint function was 89.6%.Conclusion: Locking plate is an effective and safe treatment of distal femur comminuted fracture.
