高中生焦虑、抑郁与领悟社会支持关系的研究

摘要 目的探讨中学生焦虑、抑郁与领悟社会支持的关系。方法用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表和领悟社会支持量表对562名高中生进行心理健康测评。结果562名高中生中226名(41.6%)有焦虑症状,356名(65.6%)有抑郁症状;焦虑、抑郁与领悟社会支持呈非常显著负相关;在领悟家庭外支持方面,女生高于男生;高领悟组的SAS、SDS得分低于低领悟组。结论高中生易出现焦虑、抑郁情绪,领悟社会支持可调节其不良情绪。 Objective:To explore the relationship between anxiety,depression and perceived social support of senior high school students.Methods: Mental health measurements were conducted in 562 senior high school students with the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and the perceived social support scale(PSSS).Results: Among the 562 senior high school students,226(41.6%) students had anxious symptoms and 356(65.6%) had depressive symptoms,there were very significantly negative association between the perceived social support,anxiety status and depression index,the score of in-family perceived social support of the girls was higher than the boys,the scores of the SAS and SDS of the high perceived social support group were very significantly lower than that of the low perceived social support group.Conclusion: Senior high school students are easy to occur anxiety and depression emotions,perceived social support can adjust their unhealthy emotions.
