基于数控实训的制造业创新型人才培养的研究

Research of the creative talents cultivation for manufacturing industry based on NC operation

以井冈山大学为例,阐述了基于数控实训的制造业创新人才的培养模式,提出了以市场为导向,确定数控技能创新人才培养目标,并以此构建相应的课程体系和考核体系。文章围绕学生实践技能的培养,详细阐述了实训环节和产学研结合模式的具体做法。

Taking Jinggangshan University for an example,we discuss the cultivating mode of the creative talents for manufacturing industry and put forward to build the cultivating target of NC innovative talents with the orient of market.Furthermore,the corresponding system of corresponding curriculums and evaluation is constructed.Finally,we give a detailed description on cooperative mode between the practical link and production-learning-researching focuses on the cultivation of students' practical ability.
