摘要
针对传统CCD传感器焊缝跟踪系统在处理"Z"字型焊缝时存在脱靶的问题,对系统进行了改进。采用在CCD传感器上安装一面快速控制反射镜,使系统形成复合轴控制。该反射镜可以有效地控制光源和CCD传感器之间的光束,将脱靶信息快速地反映给CCD传感器以确保焊缝图像的连续及稳定。实验结果表明,该系统提高了跟踪精度,误差范围在0.5 mm以内。
We discuss the issue of missing target while CCD sensor welding tracking system in dealing with 'Z'-shaped weld.The weld tracking system is improved into a compound axis controlling system,by installing a fast steering mirror upon CCD sensor.This reflector can effectively control the beam between the light source and the CCD sensor,so the missing target information can be quickly reflected to the CCD sensor,in order to ensure a continuous and stable weld image.The experiment shows that the system improves the tracking precision,and the error range is less than 0.5mm.
