目的比较出一种方便、有效的保留灌肠方法,提高药液在肠腔内的保留时间,达到保证疗效的目的。方法采用一次性输液器和一次性导尿管。结果用该方法做保留灌肠药液在肠腔内保留时间长,患者无痛苦。结论该灌肠方法操作简便,取材经济,患者易接受。

This paper compared the effect of five methods of retention enema.The method with disposable apparatus infusionis and urethral catheter could prolong the retention time of liquid medicine in the cavum intestinale,and patients receive it without pain.Because of simple operation and economical materials,this method of retention enema is easy to accept.
