两孔法腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床应用(附30例报告)

The clinical application of two-hole laparoscope in appendectomy

目的探讨两孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术的可行性及应用价值。方法为30例急性阑尾炎及慢性阑尾炎患者行两孔法腹腔镜阑尾切除术。结果手术均顺利完成,手术时间15～45 min,平均25 min,术中出血量5～15 mL,平均9 mL,住院时间3～6 d。无手术并发症发生,术后1个月所有患者无腹痛、腹胀及发热。腹部仅在脐旁留有一约10 mm的疤痕。结论两孔法腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎性疾病安全有效,且更具微创性,美容效果更佳。

Objective:To discuss the feasibility and application value of two-hole laparoscope in appendec-tomy.Methods: The clinical data of 30 cases with acute or chronic appendicitis undergone the appen-dectomy by two-hole method laparoscope were analyzed retrospectively.Results: The surgeries finished suc-cessfully,the operation time was from 15 min to 45 min,the average time was 25 minutes.The intraoper-ative blood loss was 5～15mL,the average was 9mL.The time in hospital was 3-6 days.There were no complications.After the surgery for 1 month,all the patients had no abdominal pain,abdominal distension and fever.There was only a 10mm scar beside the navel.Conclusions: Two-hole laparoscope is a safe and effective treatment in appendectomy,is a micro-trauma method,and gets better cosmetic result.
