组织多普勒成像技术对高血压患者左室舒张功能假性正常中的应用价值

Diagnostic value of doppler tissue image in pseudonormal of left ventricuar diastolic function in hypertension

目的应用组织多普勒成像技术测量二尖瓣环舒张期运动速度,以鉴别高血压患者左室舒张功能假性正常。方法在原发性高血压患者(100例)中,应用脉冲多普勒成像技术分别测量二尖瓣口舒张早期峰值速度(E)、舒张晚期峰值速度(A),应用组织多普勒成像技术测量二尖瓣环各点舒张早期峰值数率(Ea)、舒张晚期峰值数率(Aa),计算Ea/Aa,并与PWD测量E/A相比较。结果(1)E/A<1组,二尖瓣环Ea/Aa和二尖瓣血流E/A有较高符合率。(2)E/A>1组,Ea较正常明显减低,二尖瓣环Ea/Aa和二尖瓣血流E/A相比有较显著的差异。结论DTI评价血流多普勒E/A"假性正常"有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective:To diagnose the pseudonormal of left ventricular diastolic function hypertension by Doppler tissue image (DTI). Methods: Hypertensive patients were included into The peak velocity at early diastole (E) and peak velocity at late diastole (A) of mitral orifice of 100 patients with hypertension were measured by impulse Doppler imaging. At the same time, the peak velocity at early diastole (Ea) and the peak velocity at late diastole (Aa) of Mitral ring were measured by Doppler tissue imaging. Results:(1)E/A<1,There were no significant differences in the ratio of Ea/Aa and E/A. (2)E/A>1, Ea was lower in patients with hypertension. There were significant differences in the ratio of Ea/Aa and E/A. Conclusions: DTI is more useful to assess pseudonormal of left ventricuar diastolic function in hypertension.
