聚焦超声治疗宫颈糜烂225例疗效观察

Curative effect of focused ultrasound treatment on chronic cervicitis (Report of 225 cases)

目的探讨聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法对我院妇科门诊经妇科检查、细胞学检查及阴道镜检查诊断为慢性宫颈炎的患者225例进行聚焦超声治疗,比较治疗前后临床症状和糜烂面积的改变,综合评价聚焦超声治疗的临床效果。结果聚焦超声治疗后白带增多、接触性出血、腰骶坠胀明显缓减或消失,宫颈形态明显好转,无结痂、瘢痕形成,宫颈弹性良好,治愈155例(68.89%)、有效69例(30.67%)、无效1例(0.44%),总有效率99.56%。但聚焦超声治疗后所有患者均有不同程度的阴道流液,持续约7～21 d,5例患者出现少许阴道出血,检查为创面渗血,局部上云南白药或止血纱布后血止。结论聚焦超声是治疗慢性宫颈炎的一种安全有效的新方法,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To discuss the curative effect of focused ultrasound treatment on chronic cervicitis.Methods: 225 patients with chronic cervicitis received the focuseal ultrasound therapy,the clinical symp-toms and the changes of erosion area of focused ultrasound therapy effect were compared before and after treatment.Results: After treatment,the leukorrhea increased,the contact bleeding and the lumbosacral sick-ness obviously mitigated or disappear,the cervical morphology markedly improved,no scab and scar formed,cervical elastic was good,155 cases cured(68.89%),69 cases were effective(30.67%),1 was inef-fective(0.44%),the total effective rate was 99.56%.Conclusion: Focused ultrasound treatment is a safe and effective therapy method of chronic cervicitis,worth to clinical use.
