腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术89例分析

Clinical analysis of 89 cases of the laparoscopic myomectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的适应症,临床效果及手术技巧。方法分析腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术89例患者的临床资料。结果89例患者均在腹腔镜下成功完成,无术中术后并发症的发生。结论术前严格病例选择,术中有效的止血方法,良好的手术操作技巧是手术成功的关键。

Objective:To explore the indications,the clinical effect and the surgery skills of laparoscopic myomectomy.Method: Clinical datas of 89 patients undergone the laparoscopic myomectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Result: All operations were sucessfully finished,no complications occurred.Conclusion: Strict pre-operatiue selection of cases,effective method of hematischesis and good surgery skills are keys to guarantee the sucessful operation。
