The analysis of prenatal care of fertile women in floating population

目的对安福县2005年至2008年流动人口中生育妇女孕期保健情况进行分析,制定相应的干预措施,为政府决策提供参考。方法对2005年至2008年流动人口的孕期保健情况进行回顾性收集、整理及比较。结果流动人口孕妇早孕检查及按要求产检人数不超过四分之一;产后访视率不到80%;高危孕妇数近四分之一,高危孕妇管理仅有一半;自产自接的老法接生依然存在,导致新生儿破伤风无法消除。结论加强流动人口孕产妇管理,建立适宜管理办法,是基层保健工作的重点。

Objective:To analyze the current situation of prenatal care of fertile women in floating popula-tion from 2005 to 2008 in Anfu County,formulate the corresponding intervention,and provide the refer-ence for the government.Methods: The data of prenatal care of fertile women in floating population from 2005 to 2008 were retrospectively collected,sorted out and compared.Results: The rate of pregnant wom-en who received pregnancy and prenatal examination as required was low than 25%,the rate of postpartum interview was low than 80%,the rate of high-risk pregnant women was near 25%,but only half of them were under control.There still existed the old ways of delivery and infantum tetanus.Conclusion: Strength-ening the management of fertile women in the floating population and formulating the appropriate adminis-trative measures are the most important of the fundamental work.
