传统握拳法和握手式握拳法在手背静脉穿刺的应用

Compare study of traditional fist clenching method and shaking hands method in venipuncture of hand vein in hand back veinpuncture

目的探讨提高手背静脉穿刺一次性成功的握拳方法。方法随机抽取200例患者同时采用传统握拳法和握手式握拳法实施操作,分析比较结果。结果握手式握拳法在手背静脉穿刺时能提高一次性穿刺成功率,比传统握拳法更具优势(P<0.05)。结论握手式握拳法能克服传统握拳法中的诸多不足,有效提高一次性穿刺成功率,是手背静脉穿刺时值得推行的一种握拳方法。

Objective:To explore the fist clenching method and enhance the one-time success rate of venipuncture in hand vein.Methods:200 patients were randomly punctured in tradtional fist clenching method as well as shaking hands method,the one-time success rate of venipuncture were compared.Re-sults: Shaking hands method could enhance the success rate of veinpuncture,had more advantage than the tradtional method(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Shaking hands method can avoid the disadvantages of the trad-tional fist clenching method effectively,is worthy of clinical application.
