摘要
近年来,互联网金融犯罪持续高发,有效遏制其高发势头刻不容缓。互联网金融犯罪的特点决定其侦查与防范难度较大,认真探索其犯罪特点、产生原因及侦查防范势在必行。文章以大数据为背景,通过对涉案犯罪情报信息研判,分析和研究情报信息研判在互联网金融犯罪侦查中的应用难点研究解决对策,提出了情报信息研判为视角建立的防控对策。
In recent years,internet financial crime has happened frequently and it is urgent to contain the high frequency.The character of internet financial crime decides hard investigation and prevention.So it is necessary to explore the crime character,causes and investigative prevention.Based on big data,the paper studied and judged case-involved intelligence information,analyzed and studied the application difficulty of judgment of intelligence information in internet financial crime investigation,researched solving measures and put forward preventive countermeasures with judgment of intelligence information as view.
