摘要
警察的成长历程体现公安教育训练模式的发展水平,公安教育训练模式的优劣直接决定公安队伍是否具有战斗力。以阿吉里斯的"不成熟-成熟"理论为构架建立的个性化公安教育训练模式,本着以人为本的理念,重点对公安院校中受教育训练者的成长阶段进行划分,并在其各个成长阶段中综合运用"菜单式"的自主教育训练方法,旨在全面提升警察的综合素养和战斗力,持续地为公安队伍补充新鲜血液。
The development process of police reflects the development of education and training mode of public security.Whether the education and training mode is good or not determines the fighting capacity of the whole police team.The personalized education and training mode of public security built based on the theory of "Immaturity-maturity"of Argyris aims to divide the development stage of trainees in police college with the idea of"human-oriented"and uses autonomous education and training method of"Menu-styled"in every growth stage so as to improve the comprehensive quality and fighting capacity of police and provide fresh talents for police team constantly.
