Psychology is the science of studying human beings,It could extend to the most secretive psychological level of human beings,and solve the major psychological support problem which is consistent with behavior,which provide much theoretical and technical assistance of psychological construction and disintegration for social stability,We must play the positive role of psychology in social stability to construct an efficient,healthy and scientific social psychological service system,which has become a major issue that needs to be solved urgently,The construction of this system requires deep research and exploration on the goal traction,core construction and application strategy in the construction of social psychological service system.
