多年来,"东突"分裂破坏活动对我国的国家安全和社会稳定造成了极大的危害。从其产生、发展的脉络中可以总结出"东突"势力赖以生存和发展的一些规律和特点:一脉相承的理论基础,三位一体的活动方式、内外呼应的运作形式。防范、遏制和打击"东突"势力,不能仅着眼于"东突"势力本身,必须从国际合作、关注民生及热点问题、完善法律、公平执法等各个方面一起努力,才能做到标本兼治。

In recent years, the "East Turkey" separatist activities caused huge harm to the national security and social stability of our country. Form its origin and development, we can find out some regulations and characteris-tics: the continuous theory foundation, trinity action mode, inside and outside cooperation. To guard, suppress, strike "East Turkey" separatism, we can't only concentrate our attention on "East Turkey" separatist themselves, but also make efforts on international cooperation, people's livelihood, hot problems, perfecting law, and fair law enforcement, thus we can solve the problem totally.
