调查分析显示,上海涉枪犯罪呈现出犯罪主体多样化和集团化、犯罪行为多样性、涉案枪支来源渠道多样化及类型繁杂等特点。公安部门必须加大对涉枪犯罪的惩处,清查收缴社会的流散枪支,加大对枪支运输途径的截留查处,并加大法律宣传力度,彻底清除涉枪犯罪行为。

Investigation and analysis show that, the criminals consist of various offenders or syndicates; the crimi-nal activities are diverse; the guns come from different channels; and types of guns are complicated. Public secu-rity sections should enhance the punishment on crimes related to guns, check the scattered guns in society, strengthen the check of guns transportation, and improve the propaganda of guns control to thoroughly diminish the criminal offences involving guns.
