摘要
恐怖主义是一个相当复杂的政治和社会问题。新疆的暴力恐怖犯罪具有鲜明的政治取向性、反社会性、恐怖性、暴力性和国际性。民族分裂主义是暴力恐怖犯罪的思想根源,宗教极端主义是暴力恐怖犯罪的思想基础,是恐怖分子从事暴力恐怖活动的精神支柱与力量源泉。正确认识、把握新疆暴力恐怖犯罪的本质特征,对于开展反恐怖斗争,加强国际反恐怖合作,研判新疆暴力恐怖活动的发展趋势大有裨益。
Terrorism is a very complicated, political and social problem. The violent terrorist crimes in Xinjiang are politics- oriented, anti-social, terroristic, violent and international activities. The ethnic separatism is the thought root of violent terror crimes, while the religious extremism is the thought foundation of violent terror crimes as well as the spiritual pillar and strength source of terrorists in their terror activities. Understanding and mastering these essential characteristics will be of great benefit to carry out anti-terrorism fight, strengthen inter-national anti-terrorism cooperation and analyze the development trend of violent terror activities in Xinjiang.
