涉恐突发事件报道中的网络舆论导向及涉警舆情分析——以昆明“3·01”事件为例

On Orientation of Internet Opinions and Analysis of Police-related News in Reports on Abrupt Accidents——Taking "Kunming 3.01 Accident" as an example

2014年3月1日发生在昆明火车站的砍人事件是由暴力恐怖犯罪分子一手策划组织的严重暴力恐怖事件。由于此次事件涉案人员涉及边疆少数民族,因此在新闻报道上更需敏感和谨慎。公安机关在处理突发事件中的能力和水平常常影响事件处置的成效,警方(察)往往成为媒体中的"弱势群体",网络舆论更容易在涉警事件中走向极端和激烈。而昆明"3·01"事件中官方的回应和积极行动走在了媒体前,故赢得了民众的声援和支持,使得网络上积极态度大于负面情绪。此事件中的涉警舆情报道值得各级各地公安机关借鉴。

The attack incident took place in Kunming railway station on March 1,2014,was a terror incident planned and conducted by violent terrorists. Because the frontier minorities involved in the incident,the news report needs more carefulness and prudence. The ability and level of police's law enforcement in the abrupt incident influences the results. Police are apt to be 'the weak' in the media. And the internet public opinions often easily lead to extreme and fury. The quick response and active measures of authorities in 'Kunming 301 Incident',however,kept ahead of the media,and won the people's support,achieving support from the internet as well. The aggressive attitude and methods in the media reports on police set a good example for the public security organizations nationwide.
