摘要 在京津冀协同发展背景下,天津被赋予了打造"中国国际航空物流中心"的历史使命。基于跨境电商背景,在阐述国际航空物流中心内涵及国内外相关研究现状的基础上,对构建天津空港国际物流中心展开研究,并提出了坚持物流中心定位,打造货运友好型机场;合理布局天津航空物流集疏运网络,不断优化进出港流程;搭建一站式信息服务平台,优化清关能力;完善国际航线网络,拓展远途货运航线等对策建议。 Based on the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development, Tianjin was endowed with the historical mission to build 'China International Aviation Logistics Center'. Based on the context of cross-border e-commerce,this paper studies the establishment issue of Tianjin airport international logistics center based on the statement of the connotation of international aviation logistics center and domestic and foreign related research, and puts forward countermeasures to insist logistics center positioning, build freight friendly type airport, reasonably distribute Tianjin aviation logistics delivery network, continue to optimize in/out port process, build one-stop information service platform, optimize clearance capacity, improve international route network, and expand long-distance freight route.
