改革开放以来国际矿产品价格的演变、原因及中国的应对之策

The Revolution and Cause of International Minerals Prices since the Reform and Opening-up and the Counterm easures of China

1978年以来,国际矿产品价格整体呈现上涨趋势,基本上每隔10年左右就会出现一个明显的价格波动周期。在阐述近40年国际矿产品价格历史演变的基础上,对其演变的历史原因进行了深入探讨。据此,中国应采取坚定推动经济发展方式转变、减少对资源投入的依赖,推进循环经济建设、加大对矿产品的再利用,加强矿产品市场化改革、提升国际话语权等对策。

Since 1978,the international mineralspriceshave shown a whole rising trend,which had an obvious price fluctuation period every two decades.Based on discussing the historical evolution of international minerals prices in recent four decades,this paper deeply studies the historical reason for the evolution.On the basis,China should firm to drive the transformation of economic development mode,reduce the dependence on the resource input,improve the cycling economic construction,enlarge the recycle of minerals,enhance the minerals marketization reform and strengthen the international speaking right.
