中德生产性服务贸易发展现状与国际竞争力比较研究

Comparative Research on the Development Status and International Competitiveness of Trade in Producer Services between China and Germany

随着全球价值链升级和制造业服务化趋势的演进,作为制造业与服务业的融合剂,生产性服务在一国经济发展中愈加关键;生产性服务贸易在国际贸易中的地位不断攀升。在对中、德两国生产性服务贸易发展现状进行分析的基础上,结合二者贸易收支情况、TC指数和RCA指数对两国生产性服务贸易整体及各细分行业的国际竞争力做比较。研究发现:中国生产性服务贸易总体国际竞争力处于劣势地位,且与德国差距明显;各生产性服务行业国际竞争力差别颇大,发展不均衡问题突出。最后笔者提出有助于提升中国生产性服务贸易国际竞争力的相关政策建议。

With the upgrading of global value chain and the evolution of the trend of manufacturing servitization,as the fusion of manufacturing industry and service industry,producer services are increasingly crucial to one country’s economic development;the status of trade in producer services in international trade is also rising.Based on the analysis of the development status of trade in producer services in China and Germany,this paper combines the balance of trade,TC index and RCA index to compare the international competitiveness in general and of all subsections of trade in producer services between China and Germany.It is found out that,the competitiveness of trade in producer services of China at a disadvantage and there is an obvious gap between which and Germany’s;there are great differences between subsections of producer services in China,and whose development is uneven.Finally,this paper proposes relevant policy recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of trade in producer services in China.
