国际视阈下中国低碳物流的发展现状和趋势研究

Research on Development Status Quo and Trend of Low Carbon Logistics of China under International Vision

中国低碳物流尚处于初级发展阶段,存在着低碳物流法律法规体系尚不健全,低碳物流发展相关技术设备比较落后,缺乏相关约束与激励机制等问题。美国、欧盟和日本等发达国家低碳物流发展相对成熟,其积累的先进经验值得中国企业借鉴。应采取严格的强制措施、出台有力的鼓励政策、加快低碳技术的引进与运用、合理使用低碳物流设备等,推动中国低碳物流持续健康发展。

The low carbon logistics of China was still in early stage of development with problems of unsound laws and legislation system, lagged technical equipment and shortage in relevant restraints and incentive mechanism. The low carbon logistics in US, EU and Japan etc. were relatively mature, which advanced experience is worthy being referenced by Chinese enterprises, and we should adopt strict enforcement action, introduce powerful incentive policy, accelerate introduction and application of low carbon technique and reasonably use low carbon equipment to improve the sustainable and healthy development of Chinese low carbon logistics.
