摘要
在国际多式联运过程中货物的全程运输时间相对较长,而货物的价值与运输时间高度相关。为了更加全面、合理地契合国际多式联运总成本规划路径,在考虑货物价值特性的基础上,以全程总时间为约束条件,以通道总成本最小为目标,构建了最优路径选择模型,选取从重庆到新加坡的国际多式联运线路为研究对象进行实证分析,并运用蚁群算法对通道上不同货物分别进行路径求解。结果表明:当对价值较高的敏感类货物进行运输方式选择时,应将时间作为第一参考因素;而随着货物价值或敏感程度降低,应选择同时兼顾时间和成本两种因素的多式联运方式。
In the process of international multimodal transport,the total transportation time of goods is relatively long,and the value of goods is highly related to the transportation time.In order to fit the international multimodal transport total cost planning route more comprehensively and reasonably,on the basis of considering the characteristics of cargo value,this paper takes the total time of the whole transportation as constraints and aims at minimizing the total cost of the channel and constructs an optimal route selection model.The international multimodal transport route from Chongqing to Singapore is selected as the research object for empirical analysis,and an ant colony algorithm is used to solve the route of different goods separately.The results show that time should be taken as the first reference factor when selecting the transportation method for sensitive goods with higher value and as the value or sensitivity of the goods is reduced,the multimodal transportation method should be selected by considering both time and cost into consideration.
