摘要
考虑众包物流中的服务水平,以众包物流服务商利润最大化为目标,研究众包物流服务的定价策略,并分析影响众包物流价格的因素。研究结果表明:存在最优价格使得众包物流服务商获得最大利润,随着消费者对众包物流价格敏感程度的增加,众包物流的最优价格先逐渐降低,随后趋于平稳。报酬率对众包物流价格的影响与消费者的价格敏感程度和服务水平敏感程度有关。配送人员的报酬率敏感程度对众包物流价格的影响与报酬率、服务水平敏感程度及价格敏感程度均相关。最后,利用数值分析对相关结论进行验证。
Considering the service level of crowdsourcing logistics and taking the profit maximization of crowdsourcing logistics service providers as the goal,this paper studies the pricing strategy of crowdsourcing logistics services,and analyzes the factors that affect the price of crowdsourcing logistics.The results show that the optimal price makes crowdsourcing logistics service providers get the maximum profits,that with the increase of consumers’sensitivity to the crowdsourcing logistics price,the optimal price of crowdsourcing logistics gradually decreases,and then tends to be stable,that the impact of rate of return on crowdsourcing logistics price is related to the consumers’sensitivity to price and service level and that the influence of the distribution personnel’s sensitivity to the rate of return on the price of crowdsourcing logistics is correlated to the rate of return,the degree of sensitivity to service level and price.The relevant conclusions are verified by numerical analysis.
