摘要
BBW制动系统是当前汽车技术发展方向,为实现其控制数据传输的实时、安全和可靠,本文提出选用符合SAE标准的FlexRay作为系统网络通信传输的协议进行研究,接着在对BBW系统的结构及功能进行分析的基础上,利用FMEA分析法对其进行了可靠性分析,并结合FlexRay总线及其容错机制的分析对系统的网络拓扑结构进行了优化,提出了主动星型连接器结构,最后设置了FlexRay网络节点传递的数据类型,并制定相应的FlexRay总线应用层定义。
BBW braking system is the current automotive technology development, to achieve real-time data transmission control, safety and reliability, this paper presents selected in line with SAE standard FlexRay communi-cation transmission network as a system to study protocol, and then in the system for BBW structure and function based on the analysis, the use of FMEA analysis was carried out reliability analysis, combined with analysis of FlexRay bus and fault tolerance of the network topology of the system is optimized proposed active star connector structure Finally, the data type is set to pass the FlexRay network node, and to develop appropriate FlexRay bus ap-plication layer definitions.
