弱激光、左旋肉碱结合有氧运动对肥胖女大学生的减肥效果研究 被引量:2

Efficacies of Low-Level Laser and L-Carnitine Supplementation Combined with Aerobic Exercise for Weight Loss in Obese Female Undergraduate Students

摘要 比较弱激光结合有氧运动与左旋肉碱结合有氧运动对肥胖女大学生的减肥效果。将16名单纯性肥胖女大学生随机分为激光加运动组和肉碱加运动组,每组8人。激光加运动组先用1592 m W/cm2的半导体激光在腹部的神阙、天枢(双侧)和大横(双侧)穴同时照射7分钟,接着进行有氧运动。肉碱加运动组每次运动前30分钟服用1.35克左旋肉碱,然后进行有氧运动。两组的有氧运动方案均为跑台快走,速度为5.7 km/h,第1~3周坡度为3%,第4~5周坡度为4%,运动40分钟。各组减肥干预每日1次,每周6次,连续5周,实验前后对体重、体重指数、脂肪重、体脂率、腰臀围及呼吸商进行检测。治疗后,除肉碱加运动组的安静呼吸商外,两组的所有检测指标均显著下降,激光加运动组的体重、体重指数、脂肪重、体脂率、腰围和运动呼吸商的下降幅度均显著大于肉碱加运动组。弱激光结合有氧运动在治疗肥胖时的减重降脂及改善体形效果优于左旋肉碱结合有氧运动;与有氧运动相结合时,弱激光照射不仅能增加肥胖者运动时的脂肪供能量,还能增加肥胖者安静时的脂肪消耗。 The purpose of this study was to compare the efficacy of low-level laser irradiation plus aerobic exercise and L-carnitine( L-C) supplementation plus aerobic exercise in the treatment of obesity. Sixteen obese girls were randomized to laser plus exercise( L+E) or L- C plus exercise( L- C + E) treatment group,eight in each group. L + E group received laser irradiations simultaneously at the acupoints of Shenque( Cv 8),Tianshu( St 25) and Daheng( Sp15) for 7 minutes just before exercise,which were done with a Ga Al As laser at the intensity of 1592 m W/cm2. L-C+E group received 1. 35 g/day L-C supplementation 30 minutes before exercise. The aerobic exercise in the both groups was treadmill walking for 40 minutes at 5. 7 km/h speed. The incline in the 1stto 3rdweeks is 3% and in the 4thto 5th weeks is 4% incline. Each treatment was done daily,six times per week for five weeks. Body weight,body mass index,body fat mass,body fat percentage,body circumferences and respiratory quotient were measured at baseline and the end of treatment. After five weeks of treatment,both groups showed significant drops in the all measurements except the L-C+E group in resting RQ. The mean reductions of BW,BMI,BFM,body fat percentage,waist circumference and exercise RQ in the L+E group were significantly greater than in the L-C+E group. Low-level laser irradiation plus aerobic exercise is superior to L-carnitine supplementation plus aerobic exercise to reduce body weight and body fat mass and improve body contour in the treatment of obesity. For obese humans,low-level laser irradiation can increase lipid utilization during exercise as well as at rest when combined with aerobic exercise.
