摘要 分析5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗面部扁平疣的疗效。将91例患者随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(46例),治疗组予ALA-PDT,每10天1次,共4次;对照组采用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液肌注,每次2m L,隔日1次,同时以干扰素凝胶外用于患处,1日4次,共2个月。两组均随访3个月治疗组显效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(76.09%)(P<0.05),而治疗组总有效率(100%)亦高于对照组(89.13%),但无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗结束后3个月随访,治疗组显效率(91.11%)与总有效率(100%)分别明显高于对照组的显效率(69.57%)与总有效率(86.96%)(P<0.05)。ALA-PDT是治疗面部扁平疣的一种有效、安全的方法。 To analyse the clinical efficiency of 5- aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy( ALA- PDT) in the treatment of facial plane warts. Methods: 91 patients were randomly divided into treatment group( 45 cases) and control group( 46 cases). Treatment group: received ALA-PDT once every 10 days for 4 times; control group : treated with IFN gel topically 4 times a day and intramuseular injection of polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of bacillus calmetteguerin( BCG-PSN) once every 2 days,per 2 m L,for 2 months. The 2 groups were respectively received follow-up of3 months. Results: The marked efficiency rate of treatment group( 93. 33%) was better than that of control group( 76. 09%)( P<0. 05),and the total efficiency rate of treatment group( 100%) was better than that of control group( 89. 13%),but whose difference had no statistical significance( P>0. 05); after follow-up of 3 months,the marked efficiency rate( 91. 11%) and the total efficiency rate( 100%) of treatment group were respectively better than those of control group( 69. 57%、86. 96%)( P<0. 05). Conclusion: Treating facial plane warts with ALA-PDT is effective and safe.
