摘要
观察激光联合冲击波治疗足底筋膜炎的临床疗效。60例患者随机分为两组,每组30例,对照组行冲击波治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予半导体激光照射,分别于治疗前、1个疗程结束后和治疗后3个月随访时采用视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)及数字分级法对疼痛及临床疗效进行评定。两组患者治疗1个疗程结束后及治疗3个月后,VAS疼痛评分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),激光联合冲击波治疗组治愈率明显高于单独冲击波治疗组(P<0.05)。激光联合冲击波治疗足底筋膜炎疗效显著,且远期疗效较好。
To observe the clinica1 effect of extracorporea1 shock wave treatment( ESWT) combined with semiconductor laser for plantar fasciitis. 60 patients were randomly divided into two group,with 30 cases in each group. 30 patients in experiment group were given both semiconductor and ESWT,and 30 patients in control group were only treated with ESWT. Visual analogue scale( VAS) and Numeric Rating Scales( NRS) was used to evaluate the pain degree and the effect of treatment before,after one course of treatment and 3 months after treatment. and VAS weighted value was used to evaluate the clinical effect 3 months after treatment in both groups. VAS scores were significantly decreased after treatment at both group( P < 0. 05). The curative ratio in combined group was obviously higher than in ESWT group( P<0. 05). Semiconductor laser combined with ESWT is effective in treating plantar fasciitis. and the long-term curative effect was satisfactory.
