红外线照射联合硫酸镁湿敷治疗前列地尔所致静脉炎的疗效观察

探究红外线照射联合硫酸镁湿敷治疗前列地尔所致静脉炎的疗效。收集静脉滴注或静脉推注前列地尔注射液所致静脉炎116例,随机分为对照组和实验组,各58例;对照组只采用硫酸镁湿敷,实验组采用红外线照射联合硫酸镁湿敷治疗,观察两组临床疗效。实验组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。红外线照射联合硫酸镁湿敷治疗前列地尔所致静脉炎,其临床效果优于单用硫酸镁湿敷治疗。

To explore the combination of magnesium sulfate wet apply infrared irradiation treatment,the curative effect of phlebitis caused by front. To collect intravenous drip or intravenous push note top to 116 cases of phlebitis caused by injection,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,58 cases; Control group using magnesium sulfate wet compress,the experimental group USES the infrared irradiation with magnesium sulfate wet compress therapy,observe two groups of clinical curative effect. The treatment effect is better than the control group( P<0. 05). Combined therapy with magnesium sulfate wet compress lead to infrared irradiation,phlebitis caused by its clinical effect is better than magnesium sulfate wet apply treatment alone.
