腰麻在CO_2激光治疗阴部巨大尖锐湿疣病人中的应用研究

Applied Research of spinal anesthesia in patients with pussy huge genital warts in CO_2 laser therapy

比较腰麻与局麻在CO2激光治疗阴部巨大尖锐湿疣病人手术中的麻醉效果。选择接受CO2激光治疗阴部巨大尖锐湿疣病人40例,采用对比研究,按照麻醉方式的不同设腰麻组和局麻组两组,腰麻组收集采用腰麻的病人20例,局麻组收集回顾性病历资料中采用局麻的病人20例。观察记录两组麻醉平面、手术时间,术中、术后手术并发症及麻醉并发症,麻醉效果。两组一般情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组无术中、术后手术并发症及麻醉并发症。腰麻组麻醉效果优良率较局麻组明显增高(P<0.05)。腰麻在CO2激光治疗阴部巨大尖锐湿疣病人手术中麻醉效果好,病人安全无痛苦。

Compare with spinal anesthesia and surgical anesthesia with pussy huge genital warts in CO2 laser therapy. Choose 40 patients accepting CO2 laser therapy of pussy huge genital warts,use comparative study,accordance with the different ways of anesthesia,divide to spinal anesthesia group and surgical anesthesia group,collected 20 patients with spinal anesthesia collected 20 patients with surgical anesthesia. Observed and recorded anesthesia level,operative time,postoperative complications,complications of anesthesia,anesthetic effect in the two groups. No statistically significant in the two groups( P>0. 05). There was no statistically significant of postoperative complications,complications of anesthesia,anesthetic effect between the two groups( P<0. 05). CO2 laser the rapy of spinal anesthesia in patients with huge genital warts surgery was good,patient safety without pain.
