咬合板联合超激光及护理治疗颞下颌关节功能紊乱的临床研究

Clinical study on bite plate combined super laser and nursing in the treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction

探究咬合板联合超激光及护理治疗颞下颌关节功能紊乱病(TMD)的临床效果。将96例TMD患者随机分成对照组(n=48例)和实验组(n=48例)。对照组采取咬合板治疗结合护理干预,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用超激光照射。治疗3个月后,采用颞下颌关节功能评价(Friction指数法),于治疗前后比较两组颞下颌关节功能状况及两组临床效果。治疗后总有效率比较,对照组总有效率72.9%,实验组总有效率95.8%,差异(P<0.05)有统计学意义;治疗后两组颞下颌关节功能评分均比治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),但实验组优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。咬合板联合超激光及护理治疗TMD,能缩短治疗时间,缓解TMD的各种症状,安全有效。

To explore the bite plate joint super laser and nursing in the treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction disease( TMD) clinical effect.96 cases with TMD were randomly divided into control group( n = 48 cases) and the experimental group( n = 48).Control group take bite plate treatment combined with nursing intervention,the experimental group on the basis of control group treated with super laser irradiation.3 months after treatment,the use of the temporomandibular joint function assessment( Friction index method),to compare two groups before and after the treatment of temporomandibular joint function condition and two groups of clinical effect.The total effective rate after treatment,the control group total effective rate 72. 9%,the experimental group total effectiveness 95. 8%,difference( P <0. 05) was statistically significant: Two groups of temporomandibular joint function score after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased( P<0. 05),but the experimental group is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05).Occlusal plate joint super laser and nursing in the treatment of TMD,can alleviate the symptoms of TMD,shorten the treatment time,safe and effective.
