红外线照射结合紫草油及护理干预对ICU失禁性皮炎疗效的影响

Infrared irradiation combined with radix arnebiae seu lithospermi oil and the effect of nursing intervention on ICU incontinent dermatitis

探讨红外线照射结合紫草油和护理干预治疗ICU失禁性皮炎患者的临床效果。选取ICU失禁性皮炎45例患者,随机分为对照组22例及实验组23例;对照组采用紫草油外涂和护理干预,实验组则采用红外线照射结合紫草油和护理干预进行治疗,观察两组临床疗效。对照组的治愈率31.81%,平均治愈时间(7.5±3.5)d,总有效率68.18%;实验组的治愈率69.56%,平均治愈时间(5.5±2.5)d,总有效率91.30%。实验组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。红外线照射结合紫草油和护理干预治疗ICU失禁性皮炎,具有良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

To study the combination of radix arnebiae seu lithospermi oil and infrared irradiation of nursing intervention in the treatment of incontinent dermatitis patients in the ICU. Selection of ICU incontinent dermatitis 45 patients,22 cases were randomly divided into control group and experimental group 23 cases; The control group with radix arnebiae seu lithospermi oil coating and nursing intervention,the experimental group adopts infrared irradiation combined with radix arnebiae seu lithospermi oil and nursing intervention treatment,two groups of clinical curative effect observation. The cure rate of 31. 81% in the control group,the average healing time( 7. 5 + 3. 5) d,total effective rate was 68. 18%; Experimental group cure rate 69. 56%,the average healing time( 5. 5 + 2. 5) d,total effective rate was 91. 30%. The experimental treatment effect is significantly better than the control group( P <0. 05). The combination of radix arnebiae seu lithospermi oil and infrared irradiation treatment of ICU nursing intervention incontinent dermatitis,has good treatment effect,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
