石墨烯在强激光作用下的损伤特性研究

摘要 石墨烯作为目前已知材料中最薄的一种,具有出色的光电特性。实验研究了单层石墨烯在532nm连续激光作用下的损伤特性,并采用扫描电子显微镜得到了其损伤形貌,实验结果表明:石墨烯在532nm连续激光作用下并未出现明显的去除现象,其损伤形貌呈波纹层状断裂。基于激光支持的爆轰波(LSDW)理论对损伤形貌进行了分析。 Graphene is the thinnest among all known materials,it has excellent optical and electrical performance.The damage characteristic of one layer graphene under 532 nm laser is experimental researched,the damage styles are obtained by SEM,the experimental results show: graphene has no evident removal phenomenon under 532 nm laser,damage morphology like ripple. The damage morphology is analyzed by laser- supported detonation wave( LSDW)theory.
