摘要
根据激光光斑特征评价激光光束质量原理,针对非实验室条件下激光光束质量简易评价问题,提出利用OTSU算法来提取激光光斑图像特征的新方法。给出具体算法并利用三台激光测距机予以实验验证,结果表明,使用该算法能够从光敏相纸中准确提取出激光光斑图像,根据所提取的光斑图像和轮廓特征能有效判断出不同激光测距机的激光光束质量优劣。
Principle of evaluate laser beam quality based on laser spot characteristics is analyzed. In allusion to simple evaluation of laser beam quality in non laboratory conditions,a method of extracting laser-plot image based on OTSU algorithms is proposed. Detailed algorithms are shown while experiments are given using three laser range finders. The experimental results indicate that laser-plot image can be extracted from photographic paper utilize OTSU algorithms,what’s more,binaryzation spot image and the extracted profile features can be used to judge the merits of laser beam quality of different laser range finder effectively.
