摘要
为了更好的使肥胖者达到减肥效果,本文研究低功率激光照射对人体减肥效果作用和机制。采用郑州大学的肥胖大学生作为测试对象,采用传统运动减肥方式作为对照,共进行2个月训练,统计减肥前后的体重、体重指数、体脂百分比、安静心率、肺活量、血脂。测试结果表明,经过一段时间的低功率激光照射后,肥胖大学生的体重、体重指数、体脂百分比得到不同程度的下降,而且对安静心率、肺活量、血脂等起到了一定作用,如果与其它减肥方式相结合,可以为肥胖人群提供了一种安全、效果良好的减肥方式。
In order to achieve the effect of weight loss,the effect and mechanism of low power laser irradiation on human body weight loss are studied. The obese students of Zhengzhou University as test object,the traditional way to lose weight as a control,a total of 2 months of training,statistics before and after weight loss weight,BMI,body fat percentage,quiet heart rate,lung,and blood lipid. Test results show that after a period of low power laser irradiation,the obese students of weight,BMI,percentage of body fat are different degrees of decline,and the quiet heart rate,lung,blood lipids and played a certain role,if and other slimming methods combined can be for obese people provides a safe,effective and good weight loss.
