冷光源结合益生菌及护理干预治疗98例新生儿黄疸的临床疗效 被引量:11

摘要 探讨冷光源结合益生菌及护理干预治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。将确诊新生儿黄疸患儿98例随机分为对照组(49例)和实验组(49例);实验组采取冷光源结合益生菌及护理干预,对照组采用常规蓝光照射及护理,比较两组患者治疗效果、血生化指标和患儿家属满意度。实验组患儿行冷光源结合益生菌及护理干预治疗,总有效率95.92%高于对照组79.59%,两组比较其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血生化指标结果显示,治疗后48、96h实验组血清胆红素浓度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;实验组患儿家属满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。冷光源结合益生菌及护理干预能有效治疗新生儿黄疸,使游离胆红素降低,提高患儿家属满意度,具有临床推广价值。 To study the cold light source combination of probiotics and the clinical curative effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. The diagnosis of neonatal jaundice patients,98 cases were randomly divided into control group( 49 cases) and the experimental group( 49 cases); Experimental group take cold light source combined with probiotics and nursing intervention,the control group using conventional blue light,and care,compared two groups of patients,blood biochemical indices and families of children with satisfaction. The role of cold light source combined with probiotics and nursing intervention treatment,the total effective rate was 95. 92% higher than that of control group 79. 59%,compare the two groups was statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05); Blood biochemical indexes,according to the results of 48,96 h after treatment group serum bilirubin concentrations were significantly lower than control group( P < 0. 05),the difference was statistically significant; Experimental group families of children with satisfaction is significantly higher than control group( P < 0. 05). The combination of cold light source,probiotics and nursing intervention can effectively treat neonatal jaundice,reduce free bilirubin,raise families of children with satisfaction,has clinical value.
