摘要
掺铥光纤激光器不仅具有光纤激光器结构简单、光束质量好、效率高和易于操作等特点,其输出的2μm中红外波段还可广泛应用于各个领域。本文以铥元素的光谱吸收特性和能级结构为基础,讨论了三种泵浦掺铥光纤(TDF)激光器的方法,并对其各自优缺点进行了对比;然后分析了TDF激光器的国内外研究状况,总结了国内TDF激光器发展相对滞后的原因;最后提出了影响TDF激光器工作性能的主要因素及其今后的发展方向。
Thulium doped fiber laser not only has the characteristics of simple structure,good beam quality,high efficiency and easy operation etc.,but also the output of 2 μm in infrared wavelengths can be widely applied in various fields. On the basis of the energy level structure and optical absorption properties of thulium,we discuss the advantages and disadvantages of three pμmp ways of thulium doped fiber laser; Then the research progress and the cause of the domestic development relatively slow of thulium doped fiber laser are analyzed; Finally,we put forward the main factors influencing the performances of TDF laser and its development direction in the future.
