三七粉外敷及精油按摩联合远红外线照射治疗动静脉内瘘皮下血肿的临床研究

Clinical Study on Notoginseng Powder and Oil Massage Joint Far Infrared Irradiation in the Treatment of Arteriovenous Fistula in Subcutaneous Hematoma

探究三七粉外敷及复合医用精油按摩结合远红外线照射治疗动静脉内瘘皮下血肿的临床疗效。将我院血液透析中心2012年10月至2013年9月发生动静脉内瘘皮下血肿患者38例作为对照组,2013年10月至2014年9月发生动静脉内瘘皮下血肿患者39例作为试验组。对照组采取50%硫酸镁外敷皮下血肿处,试验组接受三七粉外敷及复合医用精油按摩结合远红外线照射治疗;比较两组患者局部硬结、血肿消退、血流量情况及临床疗效。试验组疗效(100%)明显优于对照组(76.32%);试验组局部硬结、血肿消退、血流量情况均显著好于对照组;两组各指标及临床疗效比较(P<0.05),有统计学意义。三七粉外敷及复合医用精油按摩结合远红外线照射治疗动静脉内瘘,皮下血肿消散效果好,有利于患者血液透析的正常进行;疼痛时间缩短,内瘘血肿吸收快,其临床疗效优于单独使用50%硫酸镁湿敷。该方法安全、无创,值得临床推广。

To explore the notoginseng powder topical and compound essential oil massage combined with far infrared radiation medical treatment the clinical curative effect of arteriovenous fistula in subcutaneous hematoma,our hospital hemodialysis center in October 2012 to September 2013 in 38 patients with arteriovenous fistula in subcutaneous hematoma as control group,in October 2013 to September 2014 in 39 patients with arteriovenous fistula in subcutaneous hematoma as experimental group. Control group take 50% magnesium sulfate topical ecchymoma,test group accepted notoginseng powder topical and compound essential oil massage combined with far infrared radiation medical treatment;compare two groups of patients with local induration,hematoma fade and blood flow conditions and clinical curative effect. The treatment group curative effect( 100%) was better than control group( 76. 32%); experimental group local induration,hematoma fade and blood flow were significantly better than the control group; the compare of each index and the clinical efficacy of two groups( P < 0. 05),with statistical significance. Notoginseng powder topical and compound essential oil massage combined with far infrared radiation medical treatment of arteriovenous internal fistula,subcutaneous hematoma dissipation effect is good,advantageous to the hemodialysis patients with normal; fistula in a shorter time,if the hematoma absorption is fast,the clinical curative effect is better than that of using 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress separately. This method is safe and noninvasive,worthy clinical promotion.
