云南白药联合美宝湿润烧伤膏及半导体激光照射治疗糖尿病足溃疡的疗效观察 被引量:8

Observation on Curative Effect of Yunnan Baiyao to Joint MEBO Combined with Semiconductor Lasertreatment for Diabetic Foot Ulcers

摘要 观察云南白药联合美宝湿润烧伤膏及半导体激光照射治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。将89例住院糖尿病足患者随机分为对照组44例和观察组45例,对照组在糖尿病综合治疗基础上采用美宝湿润烧伤膏足部伤口外敷治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用云南白药外敷及半导体激光照射治疗,记录两组治疗中的不良反应,观察比较两组治疗的换药次数和伤口愈合所需时间、有效性及住院天数。两组患者在治疗过程中均未见药物不良反应;观察组总有效率(95.56%)高于对照组(81.82%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组换药次数(22.16次±1.37次)明显少于对照组(34.31次±2.61次);观察组住院时间(13.21d±3.16d)短于对照组(23.13d±2.71d),差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。云南白药联合美宝湿润烧伤膏及半导体激光照射治疗糖尿病足,具有促进创面愈合的功能,能提高创面愈合质量,可提高糖尿病足的治愈率,缩短住院时间。 To observe the Yunnan Baiyao to joint the moist burn cream and semiconductor laser for treatment of diabetic foot,89 cases of hospitalized patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into control group with 44 cases and observation group with 45 cases,on the basis of the control group in treating diabetes Mabel moist burn cream foot wound topical treatment,observation group on the basis of control group therapy combined with Yunnan Baiyao apply and semiconductor laser treatment,records of adverse reactions in two groups of treatment,compare two groups of treatment of switching frequency and the time needed for healing wounds,effectiveness,and hospitalization days. Two groups of patients were not seen in the process of treatment of adverse drug reactions; observation group total effective rate( 95. 56%) than the control group( 81. 82%),the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05); observation group switching frequency( 22. 16 +1. 37) significantly less than the control group( 34. 31 +2. 61); observation group length of hospital stay( 13. 21 d+ /-3. 16 d) shorter than the control group( 23. 13 d+ /-2. 71 d),the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 01). Yunnan Baiyao to joint the moist burn cream and semiconductor laser treatment of diabetic foot,has the ability to promote wound healing,and can improve the quality of wound healing,can improve the cure rate of diabetic foot,shorten hospitalization time.
