摘要
观察穴位贴及红外线照射联合舒适护理治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期患者的临床效果。选取我院呼吸内科2013年3月至2014年2月收治的支气管哮喘急性发作期患者63例为对照组,2014年3月至2015年2月收治的支气管哮喘急性发作期患者63例为实验组。对照组采取常规治疗,实验组在此基础上采取穴位贴及红外线照射联合舒适护理治疗,比较两组患者病情缓解情况。对照组总有效率82.54%,实验组总有效率96.83%,实验组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),有统计学意义。对支气管哮喘急性发作期的患者采用穴位贴及红外线照射联合舒适护理治疗,其效果显著,能明显改善患者的临床症状。
To observe the point stick and infrared irradiation combined comfortable nursing for treatment of bronchial asthma patients with acute episodes. Our hospital respiratory medicine in March 2013 to February 2014 are 63 cases of acute episode of bronchial asthma patients as control group,in March 2014 to February 2015 are 63 patients with bronchial asthma acute phase for the experimental group. Control group advpts routine treatment,the experimental group on the basis of sticking and infrared irradiation combined comfortable nursing treatment,compared two groups of patients' relieve situation. The control group total effective rate is 82. 54%,the experimental group total effectiveness96. 83%,the experimental group total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group,with significant difference( P<0. 05),with statistical significance. Using acupuncture in patients with acute episode of bronchial asthma and infrared irradiation combined comfortable nursing treatment,the effect significantly,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
