贝复济结合银离子敷料及红外线照射治疗高龄患者Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮的应用研究

Application research on beifuji gel formulation combined with the silver ion dressings and infrared irradiation treatment of elderly patientsⅡ,Ⅲ phase of pressure ulcers

探讨贝复济结合银离子敷料及红外线照射治疗高龄患者Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮的疗效。选取以2013年7月至2014年12月就治的35例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮高龄患者视为试验组,采用贝复济结合银离子敷料及红外线照射治疗,选取2012年1月至2013年6月收治的33例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮高龄患者作为对照组,采取常规治疗,比较两组压疮愈合时间和治疗效果。结果:试验组换药次数为(7.3±1.9)次,少于对照组的(10.9±2.1)次(P<0.01);试验组疮面愈合时间为(14.3±3.3)d,短于对照组的(21.5±3.7)d(P<0.01);试验组治疗总有效率为91.43%,高于对照组的78.79%(P<0.05)。贝复济结合银离子敷料及红外线照射治疗高龄患者Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮,能有效缩短疮面愈合时间,促进患者早日康复,值得临床推广适用。

To study Mr Complex economy combined with the silver ion dressings and infrared irradiation treatment of elderly patients withⅡ,Ⅲ period the curative effect of pressure ulcers. Selected in July 2013 to December 2014 treated 35 cases Ⅱ,Ⅲ elderly patients with pressure ulcers as experimental group,using bayesian after combining with the silver ion dressings and infrared irradiation treatment,choose between January 2012 and June 2012,33 cases of Ⅱ,Ⅲpressure sores elderly patients as control group,adopt regular treatment,compared two groups of pressure ulcer healing time and healing. The experimental group switching frequency is( 7. 3 + 1. 9) times,( 10. 9-2. 1) times less than the control group( P < 0. 01); Group wound healing time was( 14. 3 + 3. 3) d,shorter than the control group( 21. 5 +3. 7) d( P < 0. 01); The treatment group total effective rate was 91. 43%,78. 79% higher than that of control group( P< 0. 05). Beifuji gel formulation combined with the silver ion dressings and infrared irradiation treatment of elderly patients Ⅱ,Ⅲ phase of pressure ulcers,can effectively shorten the wound healing time,promote the patient recover at an early date,worth clinical promotion.
