探讨光通讯环境下限幅器及场强指示电路构建思路

摘要 限幅器和场强指示器都属于无线通信系统中常见的电路模块,限幅器是用在放大接收的射频信号,场强指示器关键是用来检测功率。本文对限幅器及场强指示器进行了详细概述,分析了限幅器及场强指示器电路设计,通过仿真分析得出限幅器瞬态仿真结果则在不同corners下的限幅,其输出波形幅度较为稳定;场强指示器输出线性良好,输出工艺和温度变化稳定。不同corners下场强指示器误差不超过±1db。 Limiter and signal strength indicator are circuit module of the wireless communication system in common,the limiter is used in the amplification of the received RF signal,the signal strength indicator key is used to detect power. The limiter and received signal strength indicator are outlined in detail,analyze the limiter and receive signal strength indicator circuit design,draw limiter transient simulation results in different corners of limited amplitude,the amplitude of the output waveform is stable; good linear signal strength indicator output,output process and temperature variations of stable through simulation analysis. The error of the strong indicator of different corners is not more than 1db.
