摘要
针对低能激光武器的使用过程中的非致命效能的不确定性,建立了低能激光武器的非致命效能评价核心指标体系,提出了低能激光武器非致命效能的评估方法,采用最优传递矩阵改进层次分析方法确定各指标的相对权重,运用灰色层次分析法对低能激光武器的非致命效能进行了评估,为低能激光武器的研发和实际应用提供了理论支持。
Concerning the uncertainty of non-lethal efficiency in using low energy laser weapons,the core index evaluation system on the efficiency of non-lethal of low energy laser weapons is set up and the evaluation method of low energy laser weapons is put forward in this paper. The relative weight of each index is determined by the improved AHP using the optimized matrix transfer and the non-lethal efficiency of low energy laser weapons is evaluated based on grey AHP,which provides theoretical support for the development and application of low energy laser weapons.
