摘要
为研究旋转磁场的生物效应,并将其应用于临床,本文研制了一种基于单片机控制的旋转磁场发生器。以P89LV51RD2FA单片机为核心控制,产生占空比可调的PWM脉冲序列,通过驱动芯片驱动直流电机按照预设的转速旋转,利用光电编码器实时测量电机转速,进行电机转速的反馈控制,并采用LCD液晶显示直流电机转速和方向。实现了频率范围为1-100Hz的旋转磁场控制系统的设计。该仪器频率范围宽,精度高,噪音小,无电磁辐射,可广泛用于各种旋转磁场的生物效应实验研究和临床治疗。
In order to study the biological effect of rotating magnetic field,developed a rotating magnetic field generator based on single chip microcomputer. P89LV51RD2 FA single-chip microcomputer as the core control,generate adjustable duty ratio of PWM pulse sequence,and drive dc motor according to the preset rotating speed through the drive chip. Measure real-time and control feedback the motor speed by using photoelectric encoder. Display the motor speed and direction Using LCD. The control system was realized for the frequency range of 1-100 Hz,low noise,high precision design of a rotating magnetic field. Could be widely used in the experimental research and clinical treatment of rotating magnetic field.
