摘要 传统机械磨损检测技术方法无法对机械磨损变化特点进行准确描述,导致机械磨损检测精度低,机械磨损检测时间长,为了解决当前机械磨损检测方法存在的问题,以改善机械磨损检测结果,设计了基于激光传感器的机械磨损检测技术,首先分析当前机械磨损检测的研究现状,找到引起机械磨损检测效果差的原因,然后采用激光传感器采集机械磨损检测数据,并提取机械磨损检测特征,最后采用最小二乘支持向量机建立机械磨损检测模型,并与传统机械磨损检测方法进行了实验对比,结果表明,基于激光传感器的机械磨损检测技术方法降低机械磨损检测误差,提高了机械磨损检测精度,减少了机械磨损检测时间,具有广泛的应用前景。 Traditional mechanical wear detection methods can not accurately describe the characteristics of mechanical wear change,which leads to low accuracy and long time of mechanical wear detection.In order to solve the problems existing in current mechanical wear detection methods and improve the results of mechanical wear detection,a mechanical wear detection method based on laser sensor is designed.Firstly,the current machine is analyzed.The research status of mechanical wear detection is summarized,and the factors causing the poor effect of mechanical wear detection are found.Laser sensors are used to collect the data of mechanical wear detection and extract the characteristics of mechanical wear detection.Lastly,the least squares support vector machine is used to establish the mechanical wear detection model,and the experimental results are compared with the traditional mechanical wear detection method.The results show that the laser sensor is based on the mechanical wear detection method.Mechanical wear detection technology can reduce the error of mechanical wear detection,improve the accuracy of mechanical wear detection,reduce the time of mechanical wear detection,and has a wide application prospect.
