摘要
激光振荡器能够形成激光,广泛应用在不同领域中,研究与分析激光振荡器物理特性,对于提高其性能,具有重要应用意义。分析激光脉冲序列强度与重复频率的相对变化量,该变化量反映振荡器脉冲序列强度同时间的稳定性,依据矩形波导谐振腔理论分析激光振荡器的高频特性,获取光栅槽宽度,通过该宽度描述激光振荡器内能量分布情况与高频特性。实验分析激光振荡器有无水冷状态时,输出锁模脉冲序列的稳定性和中心波长同光谱宽带的波动情况,得出增加激光振荡器水冷可明显改善其稳定性;实验计算双光栅慢波结构'冷'色散特性获取各参数对激光振荡器高频特性的影响,得出双光栅槽宽度与电子注通道宽度的波动显著影响激光振荡器色散特性频带上限。
Laser oscillator can form laser,which is widely used in different fields.The study and analysis of the physical characteristics of laser oscillator has important application significance for improving its performance.Analyze the relative change of intensity and repetition frequency of laser pulse sequence,which reflects the stability of oscillator pulse sequence strength at the same time,analyze the high frequency characteristics of laser oscillator based on the theory of rectangular wave guide resonator,and obtain the width of grating slot.This width describes the energy distribution and high-frequency characteristics of the laser oscillator.The stability of the output mode pulse sequence and the fluctuation of the central wavelength with the spectral band are analyzed experimentally.The influence of the parameters on the high frequency characteristics of the laser oscillator is obtained by the experimental calculation of the'cold'dispersion characteristics of the dual-grating slow wave structure.
