摘要 针对传统的建筑材料缺陷无损检测方法中存在检测时间较长、检测准确率较低等问题,提出基于脉冲激光的建筑材料缺陷无损检测方法。首先采用运用模板匹配、形态学分析将预处理后的图像缺陷轮廓粗略勾画出来,利用三角剖分法实现建筑材料缺陷区域的精确勾画,然后通过自适应阈值算法计算出精确的缺陷区域最佳阈值,通过阈值分割提取各连通域的缺陷特征来检测缺陷。最后实验结果表明,该方法较传统缺陷检测方法检测的时间短、检测准确率高,且缺陷检测所需时间较传统缺陷检测时间平均缩短了约1s,缺陷检测准确率增加了近1个百分点。 Aiming at the problems of long detection time and low detection accuracy in traditional nondestructive testing methods for building materials defects,a nondestructive testing method for building materials defects based on pulsed laser is proposed.Firstly,template matching and morphological analysis are used to roughly sketch the contour of defect in the preprocessed image,then triangulation is used to achieve the accurate sketch of defect area in building materials,then the optimal threshold of defect area is calculated by adaptive threshold algorithm,and defect features of connected areas are extracted by threshold segmentation to detect defects.Finally,the experimental results show that the method has shorter detection time and higher detection accuracy than traditional defect detection methods,and the time required for defect detection is shorter by about 1 s on average than traditional defect detection methods,and the accuracy of defect detection is increased by nearly 1 percentage point..
