光子贴超声电导治疗慢性膝痛的红外热像观察

Application of weak laser physiotherapy paste combined with ultrasound transderm in the treatment of chronic knee pain by infrared thermography

目的:利用红外热像观察光子理疗贴联合超声电导治疗慢性膝痛的临床疗效。方法:将筛选入组的慢性膝痛患者选择相同的治疗穴位,实验组给予光子理疗联合超声电导治疗,对照组给予传统艾灸联合超声电导治疗。采集所有患者治疗前后的红外热图,并记录VAS评分以及JOA评分。结果:实验组的红外热像温度值、VAS以及JOA评分呈现出显著性差异,P<0. 05。红外热像温度值与VAS、JOA的统计学差异具有一致性。结论:红外热像对光子理疗贴联合法治疗慢性膝痛的疗效评价具有很好的临床应用价值。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of weak laser physiotherapy combined with ultrasound transderm in the treatment of chronic knee pain by infrared thermography.Random number table method was used to make patients with chronic knee pain were divided into observation group and control group.Observation group patients were given weak laser physiotherapy combined with ultrasound transderm treatment was used to treat chronic knee pain.Patients in control group were given traditional moxibustion combined with ultrasound transderm treatment.Thermal temperature,VAS and JOA scores were collected from both groups.Thermal temperature,VAS and JOA scores from the group A showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Infrared thermalgraphy has a good clinical value in evaluating the efficacy of photon physiotherapy paste combined with therapy for chronic knee pain.
