摘要
在固定床反应器上对吸收 /催化剂CuO/γ Al2 O3 吸收SO2 的过程进行了实验研究 .利用实验结果 ,通过比较和验证两种典型的动力学模型 ,建立了更有说服力的模型 ,并得到SO2 吸收速率表达式 .实验结果表明 ,吸附 /催化剂吸附的SO2 摩尔数与活性CuO的摩尔数之比S/Cu 大于 1 ,证实硫酸铝的存在 .对这一脱硫过程的反应机理描述为 :SO2 首先化学吸附在吸附 /催化剂活性位点上 ,然后被氧化为化学吸附态在SO3 ,化学吸附态的SO3 接着与CuO/γ Al2 O3
The absorption process of SO 2 by CuO/γ Al 2O 3 on a fixed bed reactor was studied. Several typical kinetic models were compared and testified by using the experimental results. After some corrections, a more persuasive kinetic model and the rate expression of SO 2 absorption were achieved. It was shown that the increase of temperature intensified the sulphation degree of CuO/γ Al 2O 3. Chemical absorbed SO 2 was oxidized into chemical absorbed SO 3 and reacted with CuO/γ Al 2O 3 to produce sulphated CuO/γ Al 2O 3
